Placing your online order
Ordering contact lenses with us is simple. You can order 24/7 on our website www.contactlensescanada.com or by calling us at 1-888-517-0001. Our phone lines are open Monday-Friday 6am-6pm PST.
Ordering through the website
- Browse for products by clicking on “Contacts” or “Brands” at the top of the homepage.
- You can also type your brand in the search box if you know which brand you are searching for.
- Add the desired brand to your cart by entering the prescription details, quantity and clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.
- You can enter a “Promo Code” if you have one and edit quantities for each eye by clicking the +/- buttons.
- Confirm your order selection (brand, prescription and quantity) on the confirmation page.
- To continue shopping for more lenses, click “Continue Shopping”, to checkout and complete payment, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
- You can login if you already have an account or click “create an account”.
- During the checkout process, enter your shipping information, desired delivery method and a “gift certificate”, if you have one.
- On the “payment method” page simply enter your credit card information via a secure payment processor and confirm your order one last time.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order goes through.
- Your order will be mailed right to your door!
Cancelling or Changing an order:
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make a change to your order. If the order has not yet been processed, we can edit it or cancel at no charge. Please note that if the order has already been processed a cancellation fee of 3% will apply.
Order confirmations/order status
- Immediately after your order has been placed, you can log into your account and click on “Order Status” at the top of every page.
- You can also access “Order Status” by clicking “My Account” at the top of every screen.
- Your order status will show “Order Received”. You will also have been sent an email confirmation.
- If the order is not visible in your account and you have not received an email, we did not receive your order and there was no charge to your credit card. You can re-enter your order.
- Once the order is processed, the status will be updated to “Order Processed”.
- Once the order has shipped, the status will be updated to “Order Shipped”.
